Jim and Nancy Bierma are not only phenomenal players, but they have a wide range and wonderful selection of songs. Their interpolations of jazz standards and nostalgic hits are pleasant, interesting, and incredibly accessible to new listeners coming from any genre. Their improvisations are seamless and they are always in sync. They've been a wonderful mainstay of Crooners programming and the more we've explored new shows, the more I've realized what a hidden gem of the MN jazz scene we have.
